How do I know my funds are protected?

Our investment strategy is designed to mitigate risks and preserve capital, ensuring the protection of our investors' funds. APG conducts extensive due diligence on all potential investment opportunities, ensuring that only the most secure and profitable investments are made. Further, our deal mix and portfolio diversification reduces the risk of investment significantly impacting our investors' funds.

Will my funds be accessible throughout the term of the investment?

With traditional real estate funds, your principal is held for a minimum of five years with an average minimum investment of $250,000. With APG, your principal is held for three years with a minimum investment of $25,000. The fund's capital will be deployed across multiple real estate deals, each with its own exit strategy and timeline. That means your capital must be committed for a specified period, as it will be required to enter and exit investments at various stages to generate returns.

What is the minimum investment required to participate in the fund?

The minimum initial investment required is $25,000 for one unit.

What is the maximum that I can invest in the fund?

There is no limit to the amount you want to invest in the fund. So, you can invest as much as you want.

How frequently does the fund make distributions to investors?

Annual distributions will be made to investors at a fixed rate of 8% of your principal. If you invested $25K for one unit, your annual distribution would be $2,000. A $100,000 investment would yield $8,000 annually.

Can I refer friends or associates that may want to invest?

Yes, you can refer friends or associates to APG. You can forward their contact information to admin@investinapg.com.

Do I have ownership or an equity stake in the real estate properties or deal APG invests in?

The fund's capital will be deployed across multiple real estate deals, each with its own exit strategy and timeline, and the fund must have the flexibility to get in and out of deals quickly. Giving investors equity in individual deals would tie up capital for extended periods reducing the fund's liquidity and investment flexibility. Therefore, investors will not have direct ownership or equity in our deals.

What are the fees associated with investing in the fund?

One of the benefits of investing in our fund is there are no hidden or additional management fees to reduce your returns. All you have to do is invest and collect your annual distributions.

Is now a good time to invest in real estate?

With the instability in today's investment markets (Crypto, Stocks), this is one of the best times to diversify your portfolio into hard assets like real estate, where some entities cannot manipulate its value. APG provides a turnkey real estate investment solution with layers of diversification that allows you to preserve your capital while earning stable and predictable returns.

If the real market takes a downturn, will my investment be protected?

Absolutely. All the off-market real estate deals we invest in are anywhere between 75% to 85% under market value. Therefore, if the real estate market were to take a significant dip, your capital would be protected, and in many cases, we'll be able to turn a substantial profit.

I'm a real estate investor, and I'd like your help finding deals to invest in. Does APG offer this type of solution?

For an investor who makes a capital contribution of at least $200K or invests in eight units in the fund, we will consider helping you source individual deals on your behalf. We will evaluate this type of arrangement on a case-by-case basis, but we're open to having the conversation with you with a minimum investment commitment of at least $200,000.
