The fund's capital will be deployed across multiple real estate deals, each with its own exit strategy and timeline. That means your capital must be committed for a specified period, as it will be required to enter and exit investments at various stages to generate returns.

There is no limit to the amount you want to invest in the fund. So, you can invest as much as you want.

For an investor who makes a capital contribution of at least $200K or invests in eight units in the fund, we will consider helping you source individual deals on your behalf. We will evaluate this type of arrangement on a case-by-case basis, but we're open to having the conversation with you with a minimum investment commitment of at least $200,000.
